hat is how “al Canale”’s history starts, a history based on a great passion for the Sicilian culinary tradition;
This adventure started in 1982 in Mirabella Imbaccari, in the exactly so-called neighbourhood “al Canale”, when Giovanni and Nunziatina Rasà
with determination and courage commenced their artisan production of Sicilian
sweet and salty delicacie . Today the son Tommaso and the daughter Elga together with her husband Daniele,
continue the family business with the same passion, mixing tradition and innovation,
offering excellent products to all types of palates, even the most demanding.
